Governor’s Song

Don’t bother bout those children
They’ll never find their way
We’ve too many important things
To give them time of day

Their parents are all losers
So what else can they be?
They’ll soon drop out and run the streets
Generational poverty

Just put them in a classroom
With sixty other kids
They will get lost and left behind
Of them we’ll soon be rid

I can control their future
I’ll take our public funds
And build a city of jails
And lock up every one

I’m doing you a favor
To get rid of this kind
And someday soon they’ll all be gone
The scum of kid mankind

And
you will
thank me
and you will
thank me and you
will thank me again
and again and again
